About to attempt air frying my steak for dinner with some homemade chips. I’m not sure about this but internet says it can be done.

I've done steak in the airfryer. I like it, takes a little bit longer than a pan but it's nice.

Let us know how it turns out.

it wasn’t too bad. A touch overcooked because it takes longer than frying and so was guessing the cooking time, could have used a minute or two less. The flavour is not as good as frying for me. The homemade chips slapped though.

What I've done in the past is seared my pork steaks in the frypan then airfried them until done and they worked out alright. Nice and juicy. I've not done it with beef though.

Yum! What's the stuff on the left? Looks kinda like diced broccoli stem

Yeah it’s broccoli rice! From frozen though, I got too lazy to prep and cook veggies and found this in my freezer. Diced up is a nice way to consume broccoli I thought.

Would love pics. Curious how it will look, particularly the outside
