A "stuffed crust" that basically just uses a ring of fried cheese curds instead of crust might be more Wisconsin than the world could handle.
No, that's not the same at all. Proper cheese curds need to be bought fresh within a day or two. The flavor is nothing like what's in a typical stuffed crust.
That's the point - the flavor would be far superior to what's in a typical stuffed crust!
