What makes you think your region is somehow better at that than the other regions? The reality is that you'll find careless people everywhere. And there is a difference between "very loud chopper shaking windows" which is a dick move, and "motocycle with a regular engine that you can hear". Electric motorcycles are 100% silent, you only hear the tires. It's basicaly like encountering a bike on the road. There absolutely needs to be some feedback for people to know about them, especially when they're overtaking in traffic etc.
