Certainly shouldn't drink cow's milk but you can get cat milk that doesn't have lactose.

This almost sounds like you’re suggesting that someone out there is milking cats 😄 Cat milk is also cow’s milk but processed such that it doesn’t make cats sick.

As someone with a nut allergy: almond milk, almond flour and other forms of stealth nuts that you can’t see from looking at a product can GTFO. The other milks can stay, you’re cool.
