They did, but he is omitting important information: The railroad company themselves did it, with empty trains.

Bullshit. Why on Earth would BNSF do that? They want to make money, not send some random teenager in Nebraska to jail

Sorry this is a mix of old and new. They did it a few times back in the day with steam locomotives on purpose.

The new stuff was an idiot risking lives of others.
