Inflammatory bowel disease transform and roll out
Great meme and literally a shitpost. And the fact that I saw this whilst squeezing out a log makes it even better.
I wish you a good poo, a wrinkly brain and a mega mind!
Excessive pooping was also acknowledged to have an increased risk as well, although it was mild.
One thing we are discovering is just how much your GI health is related to your cognitive and mental health.
Did you know that you don't actually have to poop every time you take a phone-break on the toilet?
Why would you lie on the internet?
Oh no, i take phone breaks between my shits. Usually when i'm shitting i'm figuring out solutions to the worlds problems, disproving well established theorems and stuff. However when i'm done shitting i keep forgetting the solutions so here we are.
I poop like twice or three times a week
How? You must look like a pregnant lady.
That’s… not normal. You should mention this to your doctor.
still a lack of fiber. normal but not as healthy as every day shitters
My friends (a couple) eat as healthily and varied as possible, they are not vegetarian but pretty close to it... The guy shits at least once a day the gal shits twice a week... They eat the same food! 🤷
shitting twice a week sounds like elevated colon cancer risk to me. idk how someone who eats adequate fiber be shittin that infrequently. she gotta switch to that whole grain
I'm improving my mental capabilities even right now
Those are rookie numbers. You got to get those numbers up. 20+ or gtfo.
Signed - a Crohn's disease sufferer.
Is it possible to learn this power?
Not from a GI doctor.
I think your head is big from brain enema
Can confirm.
Source: am pooping now
finally, a win for me!
