When I connect it gives me the option of CA Los Angeles or San José.
mine doesn't give me this option..

I use the app on my iPhone and my iPad, they both have lists of servers available to use. I have never used it via command line.
Pls bump me if we find an answer. I want to do that for my state as well, but haven't figured it out. Currently, I just use a specific server in my state.
