103 of the 251 hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7 remain in Gaza, including the bodies of 33 confirmed dead by the IDF.

Hamas is also holding two Israeli civilians who entered the Strip in 2014 and 2015, as well as the bodies of two IDF soldiers who were killed in 2014.

It's good the family gets some closure, I hope someday the families of the 50,000 people Israel has killed in the last year get the same.

But considering Israel flattened most of Gaza that's not likely.

Even if Israel recovered the bodies, when they're released it's disappointingly common to be missing things...

Who cares, they were a murderer.

Considering that Hamas are holding bodies and hostages and demanding an end to the war in exchange for releasing the hostages, changes to that situation are quite relevant.
