Sorry these guys have to put off their retirement, but thank goodness they're willing to.

Finally atleast one person stands up to him.

I only got one thing to say to those judges cancelling their retirements and it's thank you for your continued service.

Its okay, trump got the CIA Heart Attack gun. Expect to see a major headline saying "Judge dies of sudden heart attack after backing out of retirement plans, police says no foul play is involved"

/s but its not really out of the realm of possibility tho...

Considering there’s no actual evidence this gun exists I’d say it’s out of the realm of possibility.

He’s just gonna borrow the person who works for Boeing and OpenAI to handle this matter suicidally

If it's within the duties of the presidency, then it's fucking legal now.

I do think this is a good thing, but he could've retired in time for Biden to nominate a replacement too.

[-] SanctimoniousApe 9 points 6 days ago

He would have had to retire YEARS ago to have had any hope of Biden successfully appointing a replacement. Between the complete Congressional disfunction of Republicans stalling anything and everything Biden could possibly have counted as a "win," and the bullshit delay Mitch McConnell managed to pull to refuse seating Obama's SC pick NINE MONTHS before Trump was elected the first time - then rushing through Trump's pick a mere TWO WEEKS prior to the following election in order to stack the SC - there was NO WAY to guarantee Biden would get a good person in that seat.

Ok I stand corrected.

Don’t forget Sinema and Manchin being absolute tool traitors who would have found a way to vote with the Republicans

[-] TransplantedSconie@lemm.ee 6 points 1 week ago

The Republicans blocked Biden from replacing him. Its literally in the article.
