$600, sells less than than expected, discontinued two years later and Apple blames "weak demand".

At this point $600 seems low for apple, I’m sure it will be closer to $799.

It took me a while to switch from my Google home to a HomePod device, as I did not want to lose the screen.

The time, displaying recipes as i cooked, what music was playing.

I do not miss the screen as much as I used to miss it. Now i miss my son being able to play music from the home itself, he has Android phone and we have not messed with trying to get it to play to the home pod. But with music the Google home was so limited, when we left Spotify the home was basically useless as a speaker.
