Are we trying to goad him into not chickening out? I'm confused by the strategy here.

[–] GreenSkree@lemmy.world 7 points 5 hours ago

I think it's more about finding something that clearly gets under his skin.

Weird that name-calling is that thing, but I guess it makes sense given how much time he seems to spend crafting names for other people.

Just a moment, the democrats will urge everyone to stop saying it and to maintain respectful decorum. Like when calling republicans weird started to catch on.

[–] ArtemisimetrA@lemm.ee 7 points 9 hours ago

Yeah but this is more clever and has nothing to do with Kamala, so double-win

[–] drunkpostdisaster@lemmy.world 6 points 9 hours ago

To most easily gotten to president l.

Ok, ok, so maybe he doesn't like mexican food and doesn't like TACO.

Maybe he would like some Chinese food better? Like maybe Orange Chicken.

Orange chicken taco for cultural fusion

[–] Shardikprime@lemmy.world 12 points 13 hours ago (3 children)

This will surely destroy him

Any day now

Considering they dropped "weird" so they could lose the election to a Nazi this is progress

[–] Wilco@lemm.ee 2 points 9 hours ago (1 children)

Agreed, we have won. Calling this threat to our Constitution "Taco" has ensured victory against him.

Taco, taco man. He's got to be, a taco man....🎵

A video for Taco Man, parody of Macho Man by The Village People: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sSIfWFLP-Y

I will edit if someone finds a non-youtube link to the video.

[–] JigglySackles@lemmy.world 1 points 4 hours ago

Lol figured someone was already making a song for it.

[–] MehBlah@lemmy.world 2 points 11 hours ago

[–] Ghostbanjo1949@lemmy.mengsk.org 1 points 10 hours ago

[–] RedditIsDeddit@lemmy.world 1 points 10 hours ago

Taco taco taco taco

[–] futatorius@lemm.ee 3 points 13 hours ago

Someone should stage a rally in Tacoma and declare him an honorary Tacoman.

Trump Always Cucks Out

[–] selkiesidhe@lemm.ee 19 points 1 day ago (1 children)

For his disgusting parade, people should show up wearing taco hats.

Or not show up and wear taco hats. Or maybe there should be a concert (Swift, the Boss, ect...) and everyone can go to that again... And then have tacos afterwards and post pics because TACO DON would hate that lolol

June 14: No Kings Day becomes a national holiday. The national celebratory dish: Tacos.

We can make it a tradition where the person serving the Tacos dresses up like a chicken runs to an Effigy of Trump and the party bawks like a chicken at it for good luck and long health.

"Don't print that I was mad" energy from the clown prince.

[–] dQw4w9WgXcQ@lemm.ee 32 points 1 day ago (9 children)

I would like to be able to have tacos without it being related to that guy, thank you very much.

[–] Smoogs@lemmy.world 17 points 1 day ago (3 children)

Think of it like a victory dish. He hates it so much you’re mocking him whenever you eat one. Cuz you just know he will never ever eat a taco now. They bring McDonald’s for the Donald. Never taco time.

Trump's name already besmirced one of my go to card games, euchre. This will just be yet another thing he altered with his reverse midas touch.

[–] MegaUltraChicken@lemmy.world 1 points 8 hours ago

I just started using "Obama Suit" or the "Obama Card" instead.

[–] dQw4w9WgXcQ@lemm.ee 9 points 1 day ago

Funnily enough, my favorite card game, Magic: the Gathering, has also kinda gotten it's abbreviation defamed by a certain unpleasant republican creature.

Such a fricking crybaby. And the right-wing supposed “alphas” fawn all over his “manliness”

[–] ZoraQ@lemmy.world 125 points 1 day ago (3 children)
[–] DaddleDew@lemmy.world 66 points 1 day ago

He has spent his entire life clinging to the delusion that he is a great businessman and deal maker. It is what he wants to be remembered as. Now even the people of Wall Street are calling him out and exposing him for the fraud that he always had been. That probably hurts him down to the core of his pathetic being.

[–] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Trump is exactly the kind of person to do something vengeful and rash to prove he isn’t what people are making fun of him for.
