I’ve always imagined he’s singing:

“simply halving a wonderful Christmas time,”

…because every time he sings that refrain, the wonderfulness of my Christmas is half of what it was prior. By the end of the song my Christmas wonder has been reduced to an infinitesimal level.

Especially in a retail setting. By the end of the season is at least 1/2^12000

Ryan George's stuff always is! I have a man-crush on him and I recommend following him on all possible channels

Following him on all possible channels sounds like a lot of work

Actually it'll be super easy, barely an inconvenience

Personally, I think the writer in his Pitch Meeting skits is hotter

I always thought he was singing "the mood is right," but I now see that I was mistaken.

On another note - does anyone else get insanely annoyed by this song? I can bear basically any of the typical Christmas songs, but for some reason this one just hits different.

Yes, I couldn't care less about most of them but that one is too repetitive. And it's so much more intense than the rest of the song that it feels like that part is all you hear.
