When the StarWars prequels came out. I was wishing Mel Brooks would release "Spaceballs -1"
TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

I am so excited for this.
I am genuinely more hyped for this than any Star Wars content that Disney has put out since the purchase. They ruined my favorite franchise.
"I still ain't found shit!"
It just has a time lapse of them combing the entire planet like they were left behind when the rest of the movie moved on lmao
Even better if they're watching it happen on the tape of the movie and just have to fast-forward through it all.
"When was this?!"
"38 years ago, sir."
Pahaha I forgot all about that bit, and that was my favorite part back in the day.
Holy shit I’m spaceballs years old.
Ripe grounds for a Khan style revenge plot.
Post soon to follow.
Oh man, please make this a reality
This is the correct answer.
For some reason, this got me imagining someone announcing over the intercom, "PREPARE STARSHIP FOR LUDICROUS SPEED! FASTEN ALL SEATBELTS! SECURE ALL ENTRANCES AND EXITS! CLOSE ALL SHOPS IN THE MALL! CANCEL THE THREE RING CIRCUS! SECURE ALL ANIMALS IN THE ZOO!" and the next thing you know, we are going so fast that we end up leaving our galaxy, pass through two others, and end up on the far side of Triangulum, the galaxy known as M33, and we have traveled over two million seven hundred thousand light years in just a few seconds.
He will portray Neevok, half man, half dog, half orchid.
Sadly, John Candy won't participate this time.
Oh now I'm sad
And unfortunately neither will John Hurt.
Lol imagine they through jack black in there as is younger relative or something.
Barf's cousin Ralf
His AI ghost might. We live in a cyberpunk horror now.
I really can't see Mel Brooks doing that.
He’s gotta be in, and he’s gotta make a reference joke to Tuvok…
And Devor. And T'kar. And Unnamed Enterprise-B Lieutenant. And Dr. Sherman!
Voyager’s Jeffrey Combs!
Ops, wrong alien.
If I had a nickel for every time a black actor played a stoic alien who said "Indeed" a lot I'd have 10 cents, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.
I didn't really get into the first one but if Tim's in it, I'll see it. (I don't promise to enjoy it more than the original, though.)
He has one line. It's a great line, but it's not a significant role.
