i mean he DID do that but the case was dismissed when the accuser got death threats
She was 13, but yeah. We have a pedophile, convicted rapist who is also a Nazi as our president. It's kind of hard to believe.
Pedantic correction: he was never convicted of rape in a criminal case, he was found liable for damages caused by his sexual assault in a civil case.
This makes him an adjudicated rapist not a convicted one.
Ah yes, I remember Obama getting impeached for bombing Syria.
And for that matter, Trump getting impeached for killing Soleimani, the leader of Iran, while he was in Iraq.

Lol, no it isn't. Ever since Cold War times, the law has been that the president can not only launch missiles, but even deploy troops on the ground, without congressional approval. There's a limit on how long the troops can be deployed, iirc, but once you've started a ground invasion it's a bit late.
Obviously it's unconstitutional, but there's no legal precedent that would say so. If you think this is the first time this has happened, you really need to learn more about history. The US never formally declared war on Vietnam, for example.
Isn't the president allowed 90 days before congress is required?
Yes, also he didn't declare war. Anyone old enough to remember 9-11 knows what is up.

The problems, the House and Senate are controlled by the Russian supporting MAGA clowns. I believe Mango Mussolini has a 60 day window before he needs to end the military engagement against Iran. For the moment, a drunk, a felon and Signal App are controlling the US military.
