Because of something which looks like a clay figurine?
The shading and detail are nothing like a clay figure
Not at all 🙄 just with more pixels. Although I can concede that it looks like AI generated clay figurine.
That shading is way different. Even with a properly glazed (heh) clay figure, it would be difficult to achieve the "oiled up skin" shading that Mrs Butterworth has, it looks like a nude photo shoot.

It looks exactly like a nude woman with a bottlecap hat, it has to do with the shading. The pic you posted looks like clay, the OP pic looks like shiny skin. Yeah it's not 100% photorealistic, obviously some details are missing, but the details that are there paint a picture. A nude picture, specifically, I'm pretty sure I can make out nipple and areola.
That detail + shading approximates nudity.
