Serious question. How does this compare to previous presidents? Im sure its a lot more but Im curious.
No previous presidents have owned hotel properties that they charged secret service to stay in.
So, just like he did during his first term? The guy is a grifter. All this time spend at his own hotels, etc, is to get the tax payer to fill his pockets. Cos its not just him, its all the staff as well. He'll be raking it in, and it will be all tax payer money.

It was the same bullshit the first time around and Americans smiled when they reelected him. Country full of idiots.
It took him longer to crash the economy last time with his tariff game. Covid kind of handcuffed him. Now the full weight of his stupidity will be felt by everyone.
COVID was the very end of his last term.
Yet his handling of it in those few months crashed the economy and killed hundreds of thousands of people.

Thats why he's doing it. If I understand correctly we are getting charged for each time he stays at his properties because the "businesses" charge the government for whatever security/personnel that have to stay there, among other things.
I don't know if he's doing it this time as well - I'd be surprised if he's not - but last term he kept putting the presidential guests up to stay at his properties at a marked up room cost too
That was the grift first time round. At this point, I doubt he bothers with the pretense and just steals what he wants. Nobody holds him to account and it's sad.
I'd imagine he now goes there as he like golf. I'd prefer him golfing than messing up the world. However, with his sycophants he can do both unfortunately.
I certainly give a shit. I'm not king, though, so I can't just spank him for it.
I don't know many people over 80 that don't need a shit ton of daily assistance.
