It's referring to the lyrics from the song "Big Yellow Taxi", there's a line that goes "They paved Paradise, and put up a parking lot". It's not very funny once it's been explained haha
It's an annoying song.
Dont worry, there are plenty of non-vehicle areas surrounding the parking lot, haha
Fucking hate that song. Write a second verse! Weird Al's "Six Words Long" has more variety!
