Now we're no longer under a boil water advisory I'd like to do the wash and dishes and get more lemonade into the fridge. Also scrub the cat water bowls better.

Simple, achievable goals and you'll feel good when you've done it 😃
The sheets getting washed is a monumental goal because mothers medically delicate very loud cat is here and she is very unlikely to let me strip the bed and wash it lmfao
Oh dear good luck!
get rid of the thrips that are ruining my beets >:(
I have very simple goals this week.
Get through it without accidentally blowing my brains out through my nose.
First cold since 2020. How did I survive these!?
Colds are the worst. They make you feel rotten and there's no cure. Good luck with it mate
Lost my mojo for it a little bit recently but back on my leather crafting. I'm looking after my sister's dog this week and its not only got me to clear up the house a bit, which is like having some breathing room in itself and I want to keep going) but I also made her a collar as a present and for me to practice making straps and buckles (which I'll need to be able to do for bags). So I'm trying to keep that going a bit more this week and not let it lapse.
Omg you're nearly at bags? That's so exciting! What ideas do you have?
I'm not sure yet if I'm honest, I'm kind of leaning towards a relatively simple crossbody or satchel type bag with a flap and buckled straps. The main reason I've not gone to bags yet is just size, I mostly use offcuts so I simply don't have any larger pieces to work from. I did however get a fantastic deal on an entire goat leather side because it has a few cosmetic blemishes which might be big enough for that kind of project. Something a bit like this:
And the hide in question:
That's a really simple design, it'll go with a lot of outfits and it's a good side. I wouldn't know where to begin with that hide...
Its kinda daunting, I've never worked with a single large piece before, all the offcuts are weird shapes, lengths and thicknesses which I find fun to use as I have to be creative with my choices. The hide was 'only' £20 but I don't want to waste it.
Yep, you're stepping into the unknown and it's daunting. It's not nice wasting money, but I'd say the learning from doing it wrong is money well spent
I want to get back on my bicycle again. It’s just been so hot that I haven’t wanted to go for a ride. I picked up an adaptor for my rack, so hopefully I’ll motivate myself enough to get a small grocery trip or two in.
My other goal is to hopefully capture pictures of my green lynx spider laying eggs. She had a male suitor in the garden last night but he’s…um…breakfast this morning 😅. She such a beautiful shade of green and she’s gotten so big over the last 2 months. I love her so much!
Getting my teeth filled tomorrow without freaking out
