Paraphrased: Man who terrorises minorities declares an organisation that's against such terrorism as terrorists

When you life a life of hatred it shows on your face

Yeah I don't get it either. Innocent little kids are being killed in school shootings and the administration doesn't bat an eyelid but some right winger who says school shootings are "worth it" is shot and they lose their shit

A lot of them still think it's a hoax/slander

Not my type, I'm more into masculine guys with stud earrings, baseball caps and tattoos

How about we just say no to the idea of beating kids

If your kid comes home from school saying another kid beat them up ofc you'd be horrified yet some parents are okay with hitting their own kids and it makes no sense

Glad I don't live in the US because the administration is fine with promoting hatred against women, transgender people and people who aren't white but this is where they draw the line. Safe to say they're scared shitless. Good lmao

They're trying to rewrite history/truth because they wanna push the "left wingers are domestic terrorists" thing so bad rather than admit right wingers are just pieces of shit lmao

Shouldn't be a crime to call dickheads what they are

We live in the UK. She didn't go any further than this. I got her to download TOR and use the "old.Reddit" trick to bypass this so it was only mildly infuriating for her in the end

My mum spoke to me shortly after it was announced that he'd died and I kinda was like "okay, feel bad for this children who had to witness it, can't say I can sympathise with him though he was hardly a saint himself" and my mum was like "he spoke out against the woke people" over and over

I told her he literally said little kids dying in school shootings is worth it so people can have guns. he said empathy doesn't exist and he doesn't have empathy for kids being killed. He ridiculed disabled people in his circles. That he advocated for the genocide in Gaza by supporting Israel's actions.

Then she was like "no no no you got it all wrong he was giving a speech when someone asked him if more people die from gang shootings or school shootings, then he was shot" even though the thing I was talking about was from 2023. He's a man in a position of power and authority and influence over others, it's a bit different from "just having a different opinion".

She ended up getting pissed off at me and blanking me after that but I don't care. I guess me caring more about kids dying than guns makes me officially "woke" now but so be it. I'll stand by the fact I can't find anything redeemable about this man or any reason to sympathise with him

Please know that when I say chav, I'm not saying it in a derogatory way, I mean it in the same way I mean "goth", "punk", etc and I come from both the same background and same town as them. The nicest interactions I've ever had with strangers all involved people you'd "chavs". When I was in school one of them defended me from bullies, and after that, whenever we crossed paths in the hallway he'd yell "saaafe man!" while reaching out to fist bump me.

Another one a few years ago involved me having my bike lock quite literally crumble as I tried to turn the key to unlock it, so I had my bike stuck locked to a pole. Two men who you'd likely call chavs approached out of nowhere and tried to free my bike, one of them ran all the way home to get cable cutters. 3ish years ago I was feeling pretty down and I think it showed since two men, again who you'd likely call chavs based on their look and how they talked, asked me if I was alright and told me to follow them if I wanted to chat so I did. They were so kind to me and I walked away feeling a lot better.

But I'm supposed to believe these people are "dangerous"? I don't buy that. Where'd that idea come from? Anyone have experiences similar to mine?

Obviously I'm talking about two adults, I'm just wondering when it goes from okay to "a bit iffy", either older or younger

Asking because I'm one of those women nd I'm wondering how normal this is?
