A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

"Just think of how much harder we can fuck them over when they rely on us for air!"

-These guys, probably.

Imagine “working” in space, finally unburdened by the restraints of labor law, workers rights, or those pesky wages. Pay no mind to the fact that all communication will be controlled by your enslaver, since no earth-bound authority will be able to save you anyways

You load sixteen tons, what do you get?
Another day older and deeper in debt
Saint Peter, don't you call me, 'cause I can't go
I owe my soul to the company store

16 Tons (Youtube) / Nadeko (invidious) / Invidious mirror selection (written by Merle Travis, Tennessee Ernie Ford recording)

Bonus wikipedia link for rabbit-hole divers.

You load 16 tons*

*please note: on asteroid 786-gamma 16 tons is many times what it would be on Earth, due to the low gravity.

I'd eat my last sock for low gravity even if it meant taking a pay cut. Well, maybe not, depends on how much of a cut we're talking. Try loading a ton a day on the neutron line when the grav compensator is on the fritz and you'll be missing that cushy asteroid life.

"Your oxygen credits are almost depleted. Please return to work immediately."

Maybe, just maybe, we should set out goals to work towards, line science, food for everyone, healthcare, quality time, good life, the arts, ...

Or just hoarding money? What do you think?

But line go up enough? Can line go more up?

Why would anyone trust anything that a billionaire says? They are fucking liars and will say anything that makes the number go up.

The parasites are destroying earth while claiming their dick measuring contest is what will save us.
