Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. It shits me that the orange plague is going to die in comfort, surrounded by expensive doctors easing his symptoms. The pedophile cunt deserves ALL the suffering in the world, after the harm he has caused to humanity !

[–] thespcicifcocean@lemmy.world 3 points 4 hours ago

There's still hope that he'll become a locked in vegetable

[–] jj4211@lemmy.world 7 points 5 hours ago

he'll be the oldest president in history upon leaving office.

That assumes he makes it 3 years. I'm not so sure that his health will hold out that long.

[–] Taleya@aussie.zone 60 points 10 hours ago (4 children)

I wanna see the fucker go down like a sack of potatos mid self-aggrandizing rant and the bonk of his head off the podium to be sampled into a thousand ebm tracks

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 5 points 8 hours ago

dude i have a Benjamin down on an Elvis. Doesn't have to be eating, but we're talking massive blowout on camera

[–] HugeNerd@lemmy.ca 10 points 10 hours ago (2 children)

I miss '80s and '90s industrial music filled with sampled speeches too.

[–] shai_hulud@lemmy.world 8 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

Skinny Puppy coming out of retirement for one track makes my wee wee tickle

[–] HugeNerd@lemmy.ca 3 points 10 hours ago

Heh. I just miss the general sense of fun that type of music had. I mean it's no big deal these days but having sampled audio from movies, etc in songs was wild to me.

Fingers crossed, hitting your head super hard when falling is also a pretty good way to die. People hit their heads on nightstands falling out of beds and die all the time.

Famous people always die three at a time. It's a rule....of three. Let's go #2!

And if this is from a stroke, $100 says that's where he was that weekend he "died".

[–] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 13 points 8 hours ago

Sooner he goes back to hell the faster we can fix his screwups

[–] Blackmist@feddit.uk 17 points 10 hours ago

Come on guys, it's a bit mean to suggest he's had a stroke.

He could have simply shat his pants due to dementia, as is perfectly normal and healthy for the commander in chief of the most powerful military in the world to do.

[–] LoafedBurrito@lemmy.world 26 points 11 hours ago (2 children)

Lots of people, the best people in fact, are saying it was another mini stroke.

[–] altphoto@lemmy.today 6 points 7 hours ago

Stormy says all his strokes are mini....if you know what I mean.

I mean he has a small penis.

[–] Laser@feddit.org 14 points 11 hours ago (1 children)

The best mini stroke they've ever seen.

I might have to agree.

[–] Octavio@lemmy.world 8 points 10 hours ago

The doctor had tears in his eyes and he said, “sir, this was a stroke of genius.” You know my uncle was a genius, very good brain, good genes, that I can tell you.

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 32 points 12 hours ago (2 children)

He had a stroke. COVID infected in at his age have double the chances of stroke later on.

He can talk to Charlie about how karma is a bitch.

[–] bitjunkie@lemmy.world 17 points 11 hours ago (3 children)

Karma would have been him rotting in a prison cell for the last 40 or so years

[–] Taleya@aussie.zone 6 points 10 hours ago (1 children)
[–] Olhonestjim@lemmy.world 4 points 9 hours ago

My deepest wish for him.

[–] MrsVeggies@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 10 hours ago

He will be a steaming pile of shit in his next life.

Uh huh. Remote diagnosis through grainy video. Bell's palsy is far more likely.

[–] blackstampede@sh.itjust.works 9 points 10 hours ago (2 children)

Serious question - given the changes in the US government recently, what are the odds a president JD Vance tries to continue the push toward authoritarianism?

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 17 points 9 hours ago

He's Thiel's blood boy. So 100%.

[–] Olhonestjim@lemmy.world 7 points 9 hours ago

The guy with the charisma bypass? Guaranteed he'll try.

[–] steeznson@lemmy.world 10 points 10 hours ago (3 children)

Bell's Palsy maybe? I don't think stroke victims are able to pretend they are well while it is in progress.

[–] NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world 5 points 6 hours ago* (last edited 6 hours ago) (1 children)

That was my first thought too. Bells Pasy just makes your face droop. You're not cognitively impaired in any way from it. My step dad had that back about 10 years ago maybe? Only thing that makes me think it might be more is his face is far droopier than my stepdads ever was.

I feel like Bells Palsy is a sort of paralysis from the virus/bacteria (i forget which one it is that causes it). And this seemed more extreme. But who knows, cant diagnose someone from a picture.

Edit: Cause unknown for Bells Pasy. You learn something new every day. I thought it was caused by a virus or bacterial infection, thats what I was told as a kid.

[–] spacesatan@leminal.space 3 points 5 hours ago

It can be caused by lyme disease but not necessarily.

[–] Hawk@lemmy.dbzer0.com 8 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

I believe you right side can stay paralyzed after a stroke. Doesn't have to be in progress.

[–] steeznson@lemmy.world 1 points 8 hours ago

Yeah my knowledge of strokes is quite limited. I only figured out there were different types, i.e. blood vessels in brain bursting vs blockage in heart stopping blood to brain. There are probably more.

[–] W3dd1e@lemmy.zip 6 points 10 hours ago

That was my thought too. It happened to my mom once. Half of the face sort of sags

[–] shai_hulud@lemmy.world 5 points 10 hours ago

Musk makes a very similar duck face when he's not happy.

[–] Bebopalouie@lemmy.ca 13 points 12 hours ago

South Park should do an episode with the child rapists dick also drooping on one side.

[–] arin@lemmy.world 28 points 16 hours ago (4 children)

False hope sucks, don't tell us until something more substantial happens

[–] LoafedBurrito@lemmy.world 6 points 11 hours ago

Right before i got banned from reddit, people starting posting articles that said "Trump, 79, build a new concrete garden..."

Stop playing with my emotions like that!!! Those titles aren't cool.

Sorry to upset people thinking of him dieing soon, but they're going to sit him in a gold throne, kept barely alive, in suspended animation, then keep him alive and in charge for 40,000 years.

They'll use AI every time they want him to "say something".

[–] LoafedBurrito@lemmy.world 5 points 11 hours ago

Can something die if it was never truly alive?

[–] Aspharr@lemmy.world 4 points 11 hours ago (1 children)

So does that mean they need to sacrifice 1000 teenage girls a day to keep it powered?

[–] fakeman_pretendname@feddit.uk 2 points 9 hours ago

Basically, yes. It's all explained in the Epstein Files.
