She isn't Canada's "First Lady " because that isn't a thing in Canada.

She is a private citizen who happens to be married to a politician. She is not (and has no reason to be) a public figure based on that.

I tried to call and ask if the paper was satirical. And they couldn't answer that for me, and wanted to sign me up. I am confused.
