I'm a simple man.
I always do the pat check to make sure I have my wallet, phone, and dick
Keys, I want to get back in eventually.
Everything else depends on where I'm going.
Found the protester who knows about how to actually protest.
I carry like $2 in change in my right front pocket, and have for as long as I can remember. I cannot leave the house without it anymore - it feels like something is wrong. I also would struggle to tell you the last time I ever NEEDED physical change. It's more of a novelty than anything at this point, but it's part of my routine.
Glasses, keys, wallet, phone.
Nitroglycerin :(
Glad issues were found when they were though and am consistently getting better :)
I have a sling bag that keeps everything I EDC other than my phone and knife. So phone, knife, and bag is all I think of before leaving home. In my bag:
I’d like to get a decent flashlight and a decent pair of earbuds (either wireless or USB-C wired) so those probably in the near future. Otherwise I think that’s it other than random misc stuff I need to take out (receipts etc).
Obviously also stuff I wear (clothes, wedding ring, watch) but that’s always on.
Generally positive attitude
I always leave mine at home so it doesn't get ruined.
I've replaced it with a death grip on my will to live and a sardonic attitude toward all the bullshit I'll have to deal with while I'm at work. It's the only way to make it through and still have a functioning liver.
Everytime? Depends on what I am doing. Is it a walk, bikeride, or drive?
Each has different requirements.
Glasses. That is the one thing that is on the list for all trips.
Wallet: drive. License: bike. Helmet: bike. Walk, maybe nothing but glasses.
Phone about half the time for any of those things. Trying to not bring it as much. The thing you miss most with a phone while out when you don't have it is the ability to take pictures.
"Testicles, spectacles, wallet, and watch"
Keys, glasses, wallet, and phone.
Clothes. Mostly because public nudity is frowned upon by some people.
Shoes and shirt, or no service otherwise.
Donald Duck would be proud
Donald Duck doesn't wear shoes, only shirt, bowtie and hat

Sigh…
Meh, that's not even required around my area. Just cover your junk and you're good. 👍
My list is exactly the same as yours! Phone, wallet, keys, airpods, and leatherman
Clothes, unfortunately. If I go out nude, the nation will bankrupt itself trying to get a front-row viewing of this show~
I have ADHD so I get rid of most problems by literally tying things to myself. I have a second belt which goers over my pants and have a hip bag attached to it. In that I have the following;
Disposable nitrile gloves (3-4 pairs)
Hand sanitiser
Power bank (10000mAh)
USB C cable
Thumb drives (one with kids shows, one with software, one blank)
USB A to C adapter
Wallet
ID lanyard
Emergency cash (not in wallet because if I lose my wallet I still have my cash)
Tissues
Aspirin, paracetamol, and ibuprofen
Ritalin
Plastic bags for rubbish
Nasal inhaler (for blocked nose, long term issue)
Car and house keys (attached on a clip, not inside)
Then I have my pockets for phones (I have 2), wireless headphones, and anything else for the day.
By keeping my keys attached I cannot get in the car without my belt bag.
I keep most of my “EDC” stuff in my bag — chapstick, keys, hand sani, etc.
If I’m going out for a while and I expect it to get dark, I like to pack a flashlight.
I used to carry a knife but sometimes it makes going into bars and clubs awkward so I usually leave it at home now
My parrot....I'm a pirate 🤫.
Yo ho ho brother
It's funny, for years my list was keys, wallet, and phone, and of those it's the keys that go back the furthest. I had a key to my parents house when I was a young teen, and I've always carried keys with me since (I'm in my 60s now). I sold my house a couple months ago, and I've been living in a hotel until I close on a condo, and it feels so strange not to own any keys now, just the key card for the hotel.
Earbuds.
I recently took up running, and when I did that I decided I was just going to wear my smartwatch and earbuds. I leave my phone in the house, I leave my keys in the garage (there's a keypad on the garage door), I don't even take the case for the earbuds.
When I go out for any reason other than running, I always take my phone, wallet, keys, earbuds, chapstick, a pen, and nail clippers. (I don't know why on that last one, but I've had a pair for my whole adult life, except when traveling by plane, and they come in handy a lot). I usually also wear my watch, but sometimes I forget to charge it and it has to stay on the charger.
So the only common item in those two lists is the earbuds.
In the vein of your positive attitude, I also try to always take with me a realization that everyone else is fighting a battle, too.
Not sure what kind of watch and phone you have, but I just discovered that I can charge my watch from my phone using the wireless charging capability of the phone. I've owned both for 4 years now. (Both Samsung)
Huh, that's handy. Mine are both Pixels, and alas the Pixel watch has a magnetic but not wireless charger.
Phone + Insulin pen.
My sensor is stuck to my arm anyways, so I'm not counting that.
The ideal list of stuff (sometime I forget or not have time):
Even if you do carry a gun one day, keep carrying the pepper spray. It's good to have an option between a strong word and a bullet that doesn't involve getting super close.
The amount of knives seems excessive lol.
yeah but fleshlight.
Nah thats above board.
I was homeless for about 2 years, so they keep me calm. That's really all I use them them for; totems I suppose.
This guy EDCs. And masturbates a lot apparently.
Keys, wallet, phone. Depending on where I'm going, shopping bags, emotional support toy
For anything more than a short walk I always grab: Water bottle (or 2), hand sanitiser, wallet, phone, and keys. I don't like being thirsty.
