Truthful answer? No not at all, but if you call it what it really is people won't vote for you.

I honestly might vote for an America last party
Ok let’s do it. America 257th! Our policy is to give everything away to foreigners except $5.
Your number is recognizing a lot of controversy.
1 vote for budnugget next election
Billionaires first.
It seems to be specific capitalist first. Not to defend "billionaires" but what's going on is a bit of inter class conflict. I feel like the tarrifs are (1) an attack on the working class. We are the ones that actually pay them. And (2) are a means of giving a loyalty pledge to the the new administration. We'll let you not pay the tarrifs if you agree.
If you know about the history of Nazi Germany it's pretty similar. The petty bourgeois class (small business owners) were the ones that supported the rise of fascism within the electoral system; And they were the ones quickly ignored and discarded in favor of the concentration of capital.
In short. The small business is getting fucked, the middle is getting eaten or bought out, and those most loyal to the new administration are given rewards.
It's the transition from neoliberalism to fascism. And the politicians are all trying to adjust to this change within the ruling class to get their donations and narratives. It's why the Democratic party is so confused right now.
Donald trump considers himself America.
He puts himself first, therefore America is first.
The rest of us aren’t in his picture.
This is exactly "America First" which was never about Americans but about deception and control.
It has always been "Rich Americans First".
I read somewhere recently that over half of obamacare recipients voted for this. I sincerely believe long-covid takes the shine off an already dull knife. I hate that I have to disown nearly everyone (including family) to protect my kids from the social stank.
Weirdly enough, my mom has long covid and seems to have gotten smarter and more based. She's organizing like 1000% more now.
It’s Trump First!
It's AMERICANS first! ... and by that they mean WHITE AMERICANS! ... and by that they mean RICH WHITE AMERICANS!
... And rich white Argentinians and rich, uh, you know the Qataris are great guys, some say the best. You know they gave me a plane once?
As it was written in the US Constitution. Add males only to that.
"But you said America came first!"
"That was actually a typo. It should say 'America first? No! Nazis on US soil!'"
No mention of the $30 billion for Israel to carry out a genocide in Gaza or bombing Iran because Netanyahu insisted?
Nothing sounds more America First than single payer health insurance
Single prayer health insurance
All good. Nebraska farmers need that $20B bailout because China won't buy their soybeans. LOL, imagine how pissed they are.
I'm sure 80 to 90 percent would vote trump again without giving it a second thought. I'm sure 99 percent of them will vote for whatever GOP candidate is put forward regardless - that is if we ever get to vote again ...
Nebraska farmers are supposed to go into foreclosure so Vance's company can buy up the cheap farmland and use 'immigrant' slaves to work the fields.
Last I checked d, I throught having foreign military bases on American soil was considered un-American because we're strong enough without them?
Looks like DEI Dostoevsky thinks America is weak.
The headlines are exaggerated. It is not a base, but a few buildings for training on a US military Base (Mountain Home in Idaho) as part of a foreign sales agreement for the F-15QA varient they purchased. Many other militaries have similar agreements and facilities, like Germany out of Holloman in New Mexico.
Still not a good look to be quid pro quoing with a fancy new Boeing and training centers, but it's far from "a foreign military base on US soil. Hell, even your standard foreign embassy in the US is more distinctly foreign than this facility.
In Qatar's defense, last time Trump was in office Jared Kushner went to the Qatar embassy, trying to get them to buy some real estate off him. They mistook it for a genuine business deal and declined, so Kushner complained to Trump, who sanctioned them for it. The sanctions lasted until Biden took office. Apparently, someone in Qatar's government said if they had realized it was shakedown, they would have just payed.
Fair enough.
I’m pretty sure it was meant to read “President First, America!!!”.
AMERICA FIRST!
Think? Later!
It was more America above Americans
