I've often wondered that about house flies.
How about carpet beetles and clothes moths?
They evolved from cave flies
honestly i wouldn't be surprised if there were flies that specifically travelled with humans when we were nomadic
There are two main lineages of head lice that split up right around when humans left Africa. Theory I heard is that one probably came from Neanderthals and went back to humans as the two groups...met up.
Also migratory birds when humans invented electric wires.
