There is also no requirement to be a "good guy" to attend the conference.

Correct. But it's kind of the inevitable outcome that only "good guys" attend. Why would any bad actor go there and risk being exposed / caught...

You are correct. It was a monoculture forest and designed to be cut down sooner or later anyway.

Unfortunately the actual enjoyability of a job more often than not correlates with unfair or outright low pay :(

Yes, because they are a) at the tipping point where they control enough institutions so the pieces fall together now, and b) someone came along who's actually used all those pieces and everyone could see how absolutely unprepared and completely helpless the system and the political opponent was. They realized they don't need to tiptoe around anymore.

Hey fellow gamers,

please kindly share your racing game recommendations.

I didn't play any racing games in the last couple of years, so it doesn't need to be the latest titles, can be a bit older too.

I'm searching for something more on the casual side. Definitely no Sim. Are the recent NFS games any good? Like everybody I liked NFS Underground back in the days. Customizing cool cars is definitely a big plus.

Singleplayer campaign or something is required, because no way am I up to compete with people online.

Campaigners say = what's almost common knowledge

Flights are too cheap, and trains too expensive.
