I know this was a few days ago, and I know he's only playing Omang, but if you haven't seen it this record breaking performance is certainly worth a gander.

Whatever happened to the NASL lawsuit? When I search online I find a bunch of things about their injunctions being denied, but nothing actually on a final decision regarding whether or not USSF is a monopoly (which seems pretty clear to me that it is).

To casual sports fans and people outside northern Utah, it may look like an NHL team fell into Salt Lake City's lap in the span of two weeks. But local organizers say the Arizona Coyotes ' relocation to Utah is the product of a years-long effort to beckon professional hockey and other elite sports to the fast-growing capital city. The move announced Thursday marks a coming-of-age moment for Salt Lake City as a pro sports hub in the Mountain West, giving the midsize market its second major professional sports franchise in the 45 years since it welcomed the NBA's Utah Jazz.

I'm not sure what I am most impressed by: (1.) The quality of play on the ice (2.) The sell-out English Crowd (3.) The ability to find every inch of space on the ice and the sweaters to sell advertisements.

Probably because I'm an American, but this is the first I have heard of this (not to mention China & India making it too).

Carr & Macdonald present this as a good thing that we were able to get more pork funding in our district without the usual bickering and asking many times.

However, I'm worried if politicians are giving away new fighter jets to the ANG that means they expect them to be needed soon. Are we sending our neighbors to go die in some far-off war again?

I'm not clear how the government thinks asking the automotive industry is going to help. Wouldn't they be trying to get aa much export business as they could anyway?

I'm not sure what the export taxes on automotive or other regulations exist, but limiting them is about the only thing I can think politicians could actually do to help.
