I know this is going to generate hate but, I just cant care anymore. She's a genuine POS who won't be missed but its my one single escape from reality. Im far to exhausted trying to tiptoe around everyone who's a POS. I'd say I'll stay at home but my builders were probably a POS too and I gotta go sell my house to make SOMEONE happy. If others wanna get her canceled and by some magic remove everything shes ever done from existence I'll make sure not to get upset but Im done being asked to be a soldier in every battle against a bad person.

That's absolutely ridiculous. He was doing his part in trying to keep her calm and trying to help defuse the situation. To be mad that he noticed a problem starting to boil over and handled it is insane. A partner helps in exactly these situations. Its not us vs ourselves. The issue can be addressed after. Why risk getting thrown off
The only reason this can be even slightly true is strictly because of age. We are ALL burnt out. They will be where millennial are in just a few years. We gotta stop this gen VS gen nonsense.
That number is still SIGNIFICANTLY less than those who won't do anything. Us using ad blockers doesn't even account for a percentage of what they rake in from those without them.
I don't plan to switch but sync now has significantly less features since most are starting to not work. Sadly sync will be dead soon unless he comes back and does a pretty significant update. It's only going to be harder after that since people are dropping the insanely priced subscription which was meant to help maintain the app. He's lost the trust of his subscribers since it looks like he just took the money and dipped.
With that said its not uncommon to see him disappear then push an update quietly and become more active again. Without a doubt he's still watching what we are saying.

Easy, I had questions, lots of questions and instead of giving me the answers he walked me through the process to get the answer. This wouldn't take long to work through I just needed his guidance. Within a year I was promoted and currently I'm in line for another promotion but due to head count there's no room yet. I'm already the fastest promoted employee in the companies history which is just insane to think about. My previous boss before that couldn't even bother to listen to anything the team had to say...
If you want to be a good leader just take the few extra minutes and listen to what the team needs screw the corporate nonsense and build your team. When you do that your team is able to then lighten the workload coming from other directions so you can focus on corporate nonsense.
The big difference being that most people don't know or care to learn how to download their own OS. Installing a browser is quick and easy in comparison.
I've been out of the tech world a minute now so maybe its changed but last I knew no PCs came with Linux preinstalled and you can't just get a Linux OS disk to use to install.
The week by week growth for this strain has been super cool to see. This is wedding cake auto. About a month to go before she's ready. I like the quick turn around on this enclosure. I'm gonna be able to do 2 hydroponic grows then I'll be starting 6 soils in here before transplanting them to outside once those are outside ill begin my next hydroponic.

The project entails blowing out 2 bay windows and putting standard size ones in place. Problem is we need to figure what to do about siding. The last 7 years we have looked at siding and have never came across these. I've considered doing cider slats painted this color but it's still gonna be an eye sore.
And for those who will suggest it, no I'm not going to reside my entire house.
As you can see it's shiny new and still has its packaging on it. It's was so smooth and quiet!
With the ad adjustment came these banner ads on the top of comment sections and they are atrocious so much so I don't bother reading comments anymore. They all have the obnoxious white backgrounds and they flicker since they move. It feels light no matter my phones britness they are blinding and since content doesnt get loads of comments the banner is just distracting while reading. I'm on board with ads as I haven't paid to remove but this specific style changes how I'm using sync now.
Ive just downloaded and played with it a very little. Do you have an community put together yet so we can direct conversations and such to there? All the big name apps for lemmy do it and makes prioritizing things a little easier as the community votes on posts and such.
