Robert Evans on Behind the Bastards mentioned that he believes one of the worst things we did after WWII was not killing everyone in the SS and the Nazi government as a warning. I'm starting to see the wisdom in that statement.

I just wanna point out that Trump's favorite President is the same guy who said "yeah I know the Supreme Court said I can't seize Native American lands because they're a sovereign nation and we signed treaties with them, but we're gonna do it anyway because SCOTUS can't back their decision with force and I can".

So yeah, you're likely right, considering he's already ignoring court orders and trying to find loopholes faster than John Gotti's defense lawyer.

They've already floated getting rid of the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, mostly because a lot of those pesky indigenous people are on reservations where we could potentially frack for oil (and they're also bringing in a bunch of cash in some states because of casino laws applying in the state but not on rez land).

Because Trump is a narcissist. The one thing an N like him does not do is forget a slight, ever. They're petty, and their egos are incredibly paper-thin. She made fun of him on TV, publicly, and that's enough for him to hate her for the rest of his life.

He already tried to run for President before in 96. I truly believe even his run in 2016 was meant to be a loss - he was gonna get primaried out by someone more competent, or failing that, lose the general, and then he'd build a media network (since he registered a bunch of groundwork and trademarks for that) so he could be Glenn Beck 2.0 and scream about how The Liberals Made Me Lose. You can see it in his acceptance speech and how shitty everything was getting done in his first year - nobody expected him to win, he didn't even expect to win, so he did zero work beforehand that would've been required if he won.

Then he got a taste of the power and prestige and cult following he had, and decided the one thing he couldn't live without was a mass of people cheering his name no matter what he did.

No no, you forget the depths of this man's racism.

He nearly went mad with grief when he found out his father's... Grandfather, I think, was Welsh.

Because Lucas was one of the last auteurs, and believed her moderating influence was absolutely ruining his vision.

Yup, in most parts of Europe, if you had a horse, you were pretty well off. Horses require a lot of specialized care and gear, most of which was expensive.

Don't forget literally snatching children as "bait". Kid's a birthright citizen, but if you arrest THEM and they call Mom about "some people said they were from ICE and they took me away from school", you can arrest the parents when they show up and deport THEM instead (and often put the kid in foster care instead of sending them with their parents to whatever country of origin.

Shortest was actually James Madison. 5'4".

They actually changed this in the mid-90s (and since changed it back). From 96-09, he was a legal US citizen because his "rocket" was somehow just incubating the embryonic Kal-El and thus he was ACTUALLY born on American soil from the Birthing Matrix.

Fine, I guess I'll go read All-Star Superman again.
