I’m planning on moving to the IoT edition of windows 10 when support ends. It’s supported till 2032. Hopefully by then the professional apps I need will be sorted out on Linux.

I may be dating myself. But, I remember posting a similar comment during the Bush administration. 😭

Based on the look on her face, I think his rizz may be working on her.

It’s not like the democrats were running on raising taxes on the rich. Most registered democrats want the genocide in Gaza to end, most elected democrats have voted to continue funding it. Why would people vote for a political system that is not offering them anything?

Politics doesn’t begin and end with a ballot box.

Even 38% of people falling for this shit is too damn high.

I held onto jailbreaking till the end. I have a iPhone on iOS 17.0 and TrollStore for permanent sideloaded apps. It’s pretty awesome! There hasn’t been anything like a jailbreak or TrollStore since then. I wish I had bought an iPhone 15 on iOS 17.0 at launch so I could hold onto this as long as possible. Having a lower end iPhone I’ll probably need an upgrade in the next year or so.

You can get a similar experience to TrollStore by paying for an Apple developer account or a third-party signing service that abuses Apple developer accounts. It seems android users may have to do a similar thing in a few years.

Schoolwork was NEVER logical to him. Neither was cleaning up after himself.

Perhaps he’s got a point then.

As a young person, he had all the time and energy in the world to make his arguments. As parents, we did not.

That’s an excuse not an arguement. Perhaps cleaning and homework are simply illogical.

(I am making a very dry joke here.)

You should be able to respond to their rebuttal if what you’re asking them to do is truly logical.

This is the most braindead comment I've read here yet.

OP’s, comment is the most fire comment on this platform.

Stop buying into the propaganda the DNC puts out. The DNC platform can say whatever the fuck it wants they don’t actually do any of it when they get in power. When have they ever actually fought for the things in their party platform?

Fact: Unless you’re 80+ years old, you’ve never seen a Democratic Party like that.

Ironically, Eisenhower, a Republican was the last administration to do anything approaching what the Democratic Party platform says. Stop lapping up propaganda and look at reality.

I’m not saying just it for you, I’m saying so other people don’t just search “tiny11” and install whatever they find.

Your more nuanced response is appreciated.

I still think the unattended install script is a bit more transparent.

I wouldn’t trust a premade iso like that. Get an iso directly from Microsoft and use an unattended autoinstall script to clean things up.

Hi all, I was trying to get a Lemmy URL to open in the voyager app on iOS and I can’t figure out how to do it without logging in and saving it to my account. It would be much more convenient if I could add a shortcut to the share sheet like I have for Apollo.

I’ve tried modifying my Apollo shortcut to change http:// to voyager:// instead of to apollo:// but with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

What’s the catch? This is the best deal I can find on the internet by a fair margin. This seller has an amazon store page as well and seems to have a good reputation on both. The seller claims its a new HDD from a reputable brand and offers a 5 year sellers warranty.

Edit: I have had 2 out of 3 ordered drives fail on me from this order. The seller was good about offering a refund. But I wouldn’t use these drives without at the very least some kind of redundancy if not a full backup.
