Worth continuing? Absolutely. Getting more lighthearted and fun? Not really. Old Man's War wasn't really meant as a lighthearted romp.

All I can remember about it was it was a horror book about a kid thatvwas being chased by a zombie of a criminal. I think the criminal was executed and came back to life in the funeral home?
