everyone with two brain cells knows it’s terrible for people who buy things while not wealthy.

it’s because of elon’s very public desire to destroy democracy, his flouting of our laws, his ruining of twitter, his hatred for certain people and love of pushing lies and paranoia, and other such nonsense. blame elon. he’s made driving a tesla go from “wow, awesome” to “omg, you support that azzhole?” in a few short years. it’s a shame.

yes. why? because regardless of my opinion, when you make it illegal you make things worse for everyone. that goes for drugs, for people moving about on the earth, and all other such things.

if you have to conform to what a single group wants while ignoring the actual countries who created the games and those who host them, that’s not”bringing people together” it’s just giving in to narrow views and acting as if only one group has legitimacy and the right to decide on anything. there is no “bringing together” of different people and things in that.

they think that. somehow it doesn’t occurs to the “christians” that the olympics aren’t about them and aren’t focused on them at all. it wasn’t the last supper. it was homage to greek and french culture and history. because the olympics originated in greece and are being held in france. sheesh.

they aren’t. tens of thousands of homeless people in just cali alone.

all the time, and some pretty amazing stuff too. like the time i was 16 and went with a friend to grab some weed—at a biker house. one of the bikers asked me if id read “the satanic bible” and i said no. so he picked it up from the coffee table and said here, check it out. i read some. he asked what i thought. “it looks more like “the materialist bible to me” i said, mentally kickin* myself as i said it. shit, is he gonna get mad? i remembered thinking. fortunately, he just laughed. i was dying to leave, which we did not long after.
