Where I lived, all your trash needs to be in a trash bag. There isn't some big truck that drives around, picking up the whole trashcan and dumping it in the back. It's literally just a guy in a golf cart who takes everything out of the bin by hand and tosses it on a trailer. If it's not in a trash bag he won't take it. If the trash bag is broken he won't take it. So if some lazy shit head is too fucking delicate to carry their dog's shit long enough to dispose of it properly, and instead toss it into my bin, it stays there and becomes my problem.

Fuck you for owning a dog if you can't be bothered to clean up after it.

Similarly, "they" is also shorter than "he/she"

Because scribbles all have correct grammar and spelling, right?

Your e-----------e d-----t w----k w-----------t the c-----------t of the l---------s i-----------------n.

If they're commonly used words the scribbles end up becoming a form of shorthand that doctors can recognize, but they're meaningless to anyone who isn't already familiar with them.

What happens to the money you donate at the cash register?

This is where you round up your bill to give to a charity designated by the retailer, and the donation amount appears on your receipt. The store serves only as a collection agent for your gift. Assuming the business is following the law, it will not include your donation as part of its business receipts, or income, nor will it claim the charitable gift as an expense.

In other words, your gift has zero impact on the store’s income taxes. Keep in mind that the store chooses the receiving charity, so make sure it is one you can support. As a customer, the donation will appear on your receipt and you can claim it as a charitable deduction when you file your income tax return. But you probably won’t.

It should be, "Refunding Helldivers 2 after playing more than 2 hours."

Nah, it's been this way forever. Only, it used to be reserved for nerds and geeks enjoying d&d, comics, and whatever else wasn't cool at the time. Society's just at a point now where the jocks aren't the defacto popular kids so their hobbies are fair game for ridicule now too.

So, I know that access to information has made it seem like violent crime is happening more often even though it's actually been trending down. And I'm just wondering if that same phenomenon is happening with plane problems. Because it feels like there's a new issue with a Boeing plane every fucking day and I'm just wondering if that's due to an increase in reporting or if Boeing planes are actually blowing up more often than they used to.

I don't know how to correct my mistake. But, you're right, I was wrong. Let this be a testament to the truth. Astartes mechanicus Jesus fucking christicius. Amen.

Have you never watched mythbusters? Are we at a point in time where the Mythbusters are ancient history and not simply common knowledge? OMG what year is it? How old am I?

Not according to Jennifer Lawrence, “I remember when I was doing ‘Hunger Games,’ nobody had ever put a woman in the lead of an action movie because it wouldn’t work — we were told girls and boys can both identify with a male lead, but boys cannot identify with a female lead.”
