These crowds are incredible. Detroit was just as big. I'd post some Twitter, but you guys will whine no end.

Now why would truth social be OK with you guys and Twitter is not?

Kamala is meeting people where they’re at. Even if it’s a cesspool swamp worse than Twitter.

The truth social link points to a post by the Harris waltz campaign.

The argument isn't the presenter but the medium in which it is presented.

[-] macaro@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 3 months ago

The medium it’s presented in has a lot of Trump supporters. Showing up and being visible in that space is important.

You're telling me. My IPTV just changed from the Olympics to the Trump news conference all by itself and I don't think I'll ever be the same.

Hell, at least Truth Social is clearly right wing; X is still pretending to be Twitter, wearing the blue bird like a skin suit.

What would I care. For me confirmation of news happens with common sense story by story. A story can go though several modes of media before it gets to you. In fact, the whiners seem to dislike the owner of Twitter. I could give two shits because I know that a story can start in Twitter and end up on this very sub.

First time I've ever clicked a truth social link

[-] modifier@lemmy.ca 17 points 3 months ago

I found that I can either accept their cookies, or get more information about why I can only accept them, which concluded my brief visit.

[-] Masta_Chief@lemmy.world 5 points 3 months ago

Same here. I haven't felt filthy visiting a website in a long time

[-] Botzo@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago

Me too! (I actually found it on mastodon)

[-] Nuke_the_whales@lemmy.world 2 points 3 months ago

I wish I knew how to use that site but it's kinda complicated to me
