Creating a second department to do something there already is a department for so you can have funni name is peak efficiency.
And two heads instead of one? Peak efficiency!
Nah, this one's OFFFICIALLY non-governmental and just makes "suggestions". Because you can't just create new departments, nor get rid of them, without Congressional approval.
Sir, thats the government accountability agency.... thats the first one to be axed.
