I thought he wanted to be a king, what a dumb dumb.
Might be easiest to join a ready made monarchy in that case. All you have to do then is claw your way through the ranks til you reach the throne. No need to change the constitution. :)

I just started watching Black Adder, so I’m glad I was able to get the joke. Great show for those who haven’t seen it btw.
I got the black adder spoonerism but not the rest of the joke. Is it worth asking? I haven't seen the show.
I don’t think it’s a specific reference, but Black Adder follows a series of fictional incompetent royal family members throughout history all played by Rowan Atkinson. Some of my new favorite work from him.
Trump has no cunning plans.
