My question is, why has nobody filed a lawsuit against Fox News for committing these acts of deception?

There's got to be an angle somewhere. They are misleading the population while claiming to be a news source. There should be some sort of ruling that says that what a news source says has to at least have some grounding in the truth to the best of the newscasters ability to verify.

The law hasn't really caught up. There are regulations from the FCC, including in regards to distributing false information, but only for broadcast television. Fox News (and many others, such as CNN, MSNBC, etc) are cable news channels run by private providers, so they are not subject to those FCC regulations.

While companies have sued, such as Dominion, there really aren't any grounds for the audience/consumers suing. They didn't suffer any damages.

That being said, there do need to be changes in how ethics are enforced in media and journalism.

If the law is not up to date then it seems ripe for the picking.

Some enterprising law firm out there needs to find some clients and get on this because there's beautiful pocket change for their cut if they can figure out exactly the right angle to take.

That under the Legal System, (we don't have a justice System), Citizens "didn’t suffer any damages" is the telling part.

Dominion and Smartmatic have.

Its been brought up before (tucker Carlson argued in court mo reasonable person would believe him), the TLDR is the law is outdated and nobody with power cares
