Looks like, but it is not one.
I love tiny cars. If I could buy an EV Isetta, I would. Although my absolute dream car would be an EV Nash Metropolitan convertible.
Two tone red and white, just like that.
Depending on where you live, you might be able to get something like an updated Isetta EV.
We would have one in a heartbeat if they ever come to the US.

I am also in the U.S. and I would also love to get one, but I couldn't afford a new car any time soon.
Electric moped cars are probably the closest you can realistically get, i've seen a dude drive one of those in my neighbourhood and it looks delightfully like a car that hasn't reached maturity yet
They're all so slow. I want something that can reach highway speeds. I know it's a pipe dream.
