The frames of the recalled cargo bicycles can crack and can bend and break, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

"Fall hazard" seems like a bit of an understatement when the frame is snapping in half causing the fall.

Yeah my first reaction at just the headline was "yeah people fall off bikes, what's actually happening to cause a recall?"

Launch hazard? Vehicle breaks in half hazard?
