How could he escalate? He is shipping in fucking North Koreans to fight for him because he can't find enough Russians. Misleading bullshit headline.
Trump is actually going to try to claim the Ukrainian victory for himself isn’t he?
I think hell cut an unfair deal to Ukraine, accept it largely without their negotiation, cut help, and claim victory for himself. This idea will run largely unopposed amongst his cult members.
Ah the "peace in Afghanistan" approach.
No. He's going to pull out of NATO, and send russia some working nukes.
Or both. Who can say he wouldn’t try to do both?
......how would trump claim ukraines victory over russia, if russia nukes ukraine into surrender?
Because if that happens the war is over. Do you not know who Trump is?
I feel like you're just skimming this post, and not actually reading it.
No. Trump will claim he ended the war no matter what way it ends. That's pretty obvious by his past actions and is what everyone is trying to to tell you.
But the original comment said "watch trump claim victory for ukraine"
Yes it did.
Victory? What victory? He's going to cut off all support and present Ukraine with a choice between handing Russia half of their country now, or all of it in a year's time. And Putin will say "Good doggy" and pat his head just like he so desperately wants.
I don't think it's necessarily a misleading headline. I don't doubt for a second that Trump would make some meaningless demand with no regard for reality
You might not be following the news:
Moscow targeted as Ukraine and Russia trade large drone attacks ~Ukrainian strike on Moscow is biggest since full-scale invasion while Russia sends wave of record 145 drones~
He's not the president yet. This is illegal. I know no one cares.
Since when is it illegal to call up a good friend and make idle chit chat? I thought this was Rus--...America!
But sucking up to your superior isn't illegal. Donald openly demonstrated his deepthroating skills on the campaign trail.
What is actually illegal abour this?
The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799 ()) is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government's position.
I guess it boils down to does what trump did count as negotiation?
In what world isn’t it?
Only thing he's telling Putin are state secrets
If I were one of the writers for this season, I would have the Biden admin deliberately feed Trump false Intel, so that when the Russians act on it it will screw them over
The news today is that 50,000 Russians and Korean troops are massing. I really don't think Putin cares what Trump says.
But Putin picky promised!
If he breaks it he gets his picky broken
because trump is about to give the boss just what he wants.
Putin might keep the war going on regardless.
"now don't you escalate that war Vladimir!" wink wink
