In case you don't watch American TV
I had to rely on Spacetoon to take a look at those
Yeah, Arabic dubs of stuff aren't really the best, but if you're a random ol kiddo who never had access to anything other than FTA television, this is good enough. Also, they refer to the Brain as just "Brain" without the definite article "the". Can't translate that into Arabic very accurately.
Pinky always refers to him as Brain. So that is accurate, “The Brain” is just for the title card and the rhyme with the song, I think. Like in Spanish it is “Pinky y Cerebro” instead of “Pinky y el Cerebro”.
I guess that translation was indeed accurate all along
In French it was Minus & Cortex !
Pinky Y Cerebro in Spanish :)
Narf!
Poit.
Egad!
Troz!
His name is Robert Paulsen.
Indeed.
Are you thinking what I'm thinking Pinky?
I think sal Brain, but where are we gonna find a duck at this hour of the night
Yea Brain, but where will we find rubber pants in our size?
I think so Brain, but how are we going to carry that much peanut butter?
I think so, Brain, but this time you put the trousers on the chimp.
I thought Brain's look was based on Orson Welles, like his voice. I guess he looks like both.
LaMarche stated that on coming in to audition for the character of the Brain, he saw the resemblance to Welles and went with that for the voice, and he was given the role on the spot. LaMarche describes Brain's voice as "65% Orson Welles, 35% Vincent Price"
You, my friend, were correct!
Pinky and the Brain was inspired by two producers of Tiny Toon Adventures, Tom Minton (L) and Eddie Fitzgerald (R).
From the original BuzzFeed article
Tom Minton is an American animator, producer, writer, and storyboard artist. He created and wrote the "Toby Danger" episode of Freakazoid!, wrote the lyrics to the song "Brainstem" and served as head model for the Warner Bros. character the Brain in Pinky and the Brain. He was story editor of Ralph Bakshi's Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures, a 1987 series art-directed by John Kricfalusi.

Eddie Fitzgerald is a writer for Tiny Toon Adventures. He served as the inspiration of Pinky for Pinky and the Brain; however, unlike Tom Minton (who was the inspiration of The Brain), Fitzgerald had no involvement with the series otherwise
Thanks man. Added this to my watch list.
Is one a genius and the other insane?
Pinky was the genius.
