I think something general on methods in cognitive behavioral therapy could be useful. It is boring, but effective in my experience.

I second this one. CBT is the current scientific golden standard for when you're your own enemy in general.

Nobody else has anything that you don’t have, and you have the ability to become any kind of person you need to be to accomplish your goals. The voice in your head is your biggest enemy, and it doesn’t always know what it’s talking about.
Not imposter syndrome per se but meditations by Marcus Aurelius could help.
