Frolicking? With THESE knees?

Best I can do is a seated general appreciation.

[-] dumbass@leminal.space 3 points 6 months ago

Yeah my knees gave out just thinking about it.

Frolicking in fields? Better check yourself for ticks.

[-] merari42@lemmy.world 11 points 6 months ago

Yeah, I got myself some Borrelia in 2022 thanks to a picnic in a meadow. Luckily the antibiotics killed those pretty fast.

That looks like a field that's dedicated for pollinators. Are you a pollinator?

[-] Tangent5280@lemmy.world 22 points 6 months ago

With legs as hairy as mine I am a card holding member of the pollinators party.

[-] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.world 9 points 6 months ago

We are all pollinators on this blessed day

[-] random_character_a@lemmy.world 6 points 6 months ago

Just last night it rained 20cm of snow and it's late fucking april, but lets pollinate away.

[-] Nooodel@lemmy.world 11 points 6 months ago

Wanted to come here and point out the third option: suffer from pollen allergies and just die when you get beat that field. Then I saw all the comments about people not frolicking, so I'll take my histamin blockers and jump with you in that field :)

Competitive frolicking sounds like something I would watch.

[-] Hugh_Jeggs@lemm.ee 10 points 6 months ago

I'm frolicking with you for about 5 minutes until the millions of flies start to get annoying

[-] dogsoahC@lemm.ee 4 points 6 months ago

We should all be (fro)licking more.

[-] DivineDev@kbin.run 4 points 6 months ago

Only a sith deals in absolutes.

[-] WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world 2 points 6 months ago

But what if you really don't care if a number is positive or negative and just want to know how far from zero it is?

[-] threelonmusketeers@sh.itjust.works 2 points 6 months ago

Now you've reminded me of the scenes of Anakin and Padme frolicking on Naboo in AotC. Some of the worst dialogue in the entire prequels...

[-] xia@lemmy.sdf.org 4 points 6 months ago

Picnic was never an option.

[-] FiniteBanjo@lemmy.today 4 points 6 months ago
