Invest in Samsung Pro Endurane SD cards, they last a lot longer. I believe Sandisk has a similar product but I have never used it.

das ganze fällt aber in sich zusammen wenn nur ein einziges Land ein Schlupfloch über sieht oder nicht schließt.

I've genuinely never had a better printing experience than on Linux. Across multiple distros. just press ctrl+p, printer is already detected, press ok, done. What am I doing wrong?

thanks for the tips, I'm usually fine with drunk people, I think I manage that. My concerns are more about walking around at night with a suitcase with all my stuff in it and getting robbed or something. Iirc My rbnb is in a neighbourhood called Whitechapel.

Thanks for the food recommendations, I will check them out.

Hi, I'm ging to visit Cardiff in July, and I have some questions, any help isnhighly appreciated.

  • how safe is Cardiff? I'm gonna arrive at 11 p.m. and there is a 1 km to my Airbnb, is it safe to walk alone at night, or do you recommemd a taxi or something similar?
  • What's the best way to get around? I don't mind walking but would prefer something faster. Is there somewhere I can rent a bike for the week?
  • How predictable is the weather? Is it safe to pack according to the forecast?
  • I love trying local cuisine when travelling. Can you recommend any places to go to?
  • Can you recommand anything to visit besides the tourist attractions I can find online? I'm especially interested in Music, electronics/comouter stuff and History.
  • I assume everyone will understand english? Is it considered rude to just assume and just start speakimg english or should I ask if they speak english first?
  • Any other general tips you want to add?

because no company has dared to ignore it yet. Those high fines are for repeated infractions, As in if you just pay the fine but don't change the behaviour your fine goes up.

Sounds like Stargate.

Hi, nowadays a lot of places online only accept payment via one of the three options mentioned. Privacy wise, which is my best option? My thread model is mainly based on surveillance capitalism.

Hi, I had the idea of visiting the Netherlands on Koningsdag this year and I have a few questions:

  1. I mainly want to visit because I love fleamarkets, and the whole country turning into one is just amazing to me. The question is: is it really as big as it's made out to be? Is it worth it visiting mainly for that?

  2. Where would be the best place to visit. I'm from Germany, so bonus points if it's close to the border

  3. How many tourists do you guys get on that day? Are hotel prices going to skyrocket?

  4. Is public transport still working normally on that day? I heard the netherlands are amazing to travel by public transport.

  5. Anything else I should be thinking of? Special events I could visit or such?

Hi,

when running an Android app in Waydroid, what data can it see? Can it read my local hard drive? Can it scan my network? Can I manage it to just live in it's container and get nothing but an internet connection?

These are spread all over the place, approximately every 5 m.

Hi, Does anyone have a solution for this problem: I use the remarkable to view sheet music. I also take extensive notes during practice. I would ideally like to just point the device at a folder on my NAS and have it sync once connected to my home wifi, in both directions (new pdfs from the NAS get copied to the RM, notes taken during practice get copied to the NAS). If there is no solution for that, maybe I could use a PC as a sort of "middle man" and sync it when the RM gets connected to the PC? If that doesn't work either, can this maybe be done via the dropbox intergration? Obviously I need to install additional software, at least for solutions 1&2. I'm not scared of the command line, so any solutions involving that and maybe even a bit of bash scripting are totally welcome.
