I know those guys are trying to be helpful, but to a newb they can feel like you’re not ready to even start your hobby

Don't let other people hold you back.

If you're trying to start a new hobby and you get put off by people giving you information because you think they're being condescending, learn to put aside the personal feelings so you can focus on the thing you wanted to focus on.

New information is useful regardless of how it was presented to you. You can't control how other people act, but you can control how you react to it. Learn to take the good and leave the bad.

I don't really get your complaint in the last paragraph. How are you losing money on transactions?

If people find credit cards more convenient then that is great, but others shouldn't have to pay for their preferences.

It sounds like you're saying that people who don't use credits cards are somehow subsidizing those who do. I've never heard of that before and it sounds wrong to me. Merchants are usually the ones who pay transaction fees, not customers.

Just like religion, it starts with an insane belief and snowballs from there.

Ok, now explain the part you think is not right.

Compared to the standards for organic in civilized countries, that's basically nothing.

Of course it's not worthless, but a lot of people seem convinced that because they and their friends are voting a certain way then whole election just has to swing their way.

That's why it says "lol you're finished!" as if he's actually done something to him directly, instead of saying "I did my civic duty, hopefully my side wins."

Yeah I mean it wasn't 200 years ago that women stayed at home and provided huge amounts of value to the family. All that real-life value is being ignored so that we can ask why they weren't working for someone else instead?

What the fuck.

Stealing requires the belief that other people can own things. They are simply taking what is rightfully theirs. Birds are billionaires.

No, this is how it works for large wealthy powerful people who can afford to pay off all the real estate agents to act in their favor, or lobby for zoning changes immediately after opening their business and demand grandfathering status, or even just buy all the surrounding real estate so no one else can.

This is not how it works for a mom and pop shop. They have no power to make such demands.

A culture recognizing a third gender does not in itself mean that they were valued by that culture, and often is the result of explicit devaluation of women in that culture.[11]

You seemed to be presenting this as a way of scoring those cultures above others, so I thought it would be pertinent to point out this quote.

Then you have a soggy snot rag.

When I'm sick a handkerchief would get unbearably disgusting in like 3 blows.
