Any data on whether or not their numbers have diminished? The GOP was never friendly towards the LGBTQ community but the attacks have ramped up significantly post-Trump

I don’t care if she sucks. She won’t beat Trump in the end. The longer she stays in the race, the more angry he’s gonna get at his own party

Imagine if we just converted it to residential space, of which there is so little in the cities

It very well could stop, though. The MAGA movement is on life support. Republicans are losing state-wide elections and referendums. They’re losing previously red states and gaining none in return. In November, we have a chance to reelect a President who they call senile. One more loss to the guy who, in their minds, doesn’t even know where he is, would be the end of the national MAGA movement. But if they win, then it’s time to start panicking. Now is the time to organize against Trump

So fuckin funny Cameron is back in power (albeit, to a lesser extent obviously). Nature is healing.

And then when the commanding general will refuse the order and declare that they serve the Texas Governor, we would have official made Season 1 of Designated Survivor a reality but with a whole fuck of a lot less actual controversy and catastrophe. Just shows how fragile conservatives are when they don’t get their way

Autocrats seek autocrats. We didn’t do anything to make dictators and murderers want to be in familiar company

[-] aew360@lemm.ee 6 points 10 months ago

Maybe so, but I only read about cases where a Republican voted twice or used a dead relative to vote for Trump

[-] aew360@lemm.ee 6 points 10 months ago

So weird how Vermont has a Republican governor and Kansas and Kentucky have Democrat ones.

They’ve got to explain to voters how dangerous Trump’s plan is to convert 50,000 public govt positions to politically-appointed ones. If that succeeds, there’s no 2028 general election.

I just can’t wrap my head around how the party survived the Bush administration. Oh wait, propaganda. Thats how

I voted for Republicans because I was worried about our national debt. I will literally never make that mistake again. Holy shit the GOP is the worst when it comes to national debt. The Democrats are the only ones who can balance a budget. Republicans just run up the deficit and then blame the Dems for out of control government spending that they either voted for, or voted against and take credit for when it has positive impacts for their districts.
