I watched the Khelif vs Carini fight and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I'm an actual fan of women's combat sports and I've seen them kick each other in the head way harder than anything in that match. Khelif had faster hands and better positioning. She earned the win.

I'm related to several collegiate level women athletes and none of them give a shit about trans women in sports. I've never met a trans woman who'd even come close to competing with them.

A lot of the comments are talking about writing being the game changer but it took generations of selective breeding crops and livestock to make them viable for domestication. We haven't found any evidence of domestication prior to about 12k years ago in archeology or genetics. There were many civilizations who built large cities and never needed a writing system.

It's more of a "fuck car dependent infrastructure" thing. In America it's basically impossible to live without a car in most places. We don't need to live this way and we should have the option to walk, bike, bus, train, etc as well as drive.

Try walking to the grocery store in a suburb and you'll quickly get sick of walking through big empty parking lots and along roads without sidewalks as cars whip past. I wouldn't even try biking since drivers will run you off the road. If there even is a bus it'll run every 2 hours and be 15 minutes late. And there is no train because we tore up the rail system that built this country to make auto company owners even richer
