It's farm products. I don't think it's any better or worse than American farms.

Most meals are cooked at home and people do expect fresh produce. The milk in stores was tapped the same morning, vegetables are crispy green and minced meat is red. A negative side is that we do have an incredible waste of food here, because people set high standards. Nobody buys anything on the "best before"-date.

I think the quality of food in USA is very dependent on location, distribution and preparation. Surely there is fresh food in US too, but it won't be in the drive-thru.

The current food production is approximately at 130% of the consumption, so Denmark will still have a net export.

Of course we also have imports, so the effect will be even smaller in that regard, but it's nice to know that it's fully covered in a worse case scenario.

Having success in sports, entertainment or anything that pays out real money. There's not a lot of happy stories about child stars.

Sure, in 18 years.

The oil will be drilled now or later anyway.

The question is how much is burned when and why. I can't really see anyone anywhere being interested in consuming more oil. If consumption stays the same, he'll basically just be dumping the price.

My friend's grandfather had a pyramid in their garden. Not a big stone one, but more like 4 sticks in the ground. He would take naps in the pyramid hoping to cure his cancer. It didn't work.

Try putting a cup of coffee on a table: It doesn't fall off. Now try putting a cup of coffee on a basketball.

That's why life can't survive on spheres.

What you're describing sound more like relief than happyness.

I felt somewhat similar when my dad died. He was drinking and declining mentally. Of course it saddened me, but with us having our first born at the same time, it was also a huge relief not having to deal with his issues in that situation.

Lemmy's årlige "place" er begyndt, hvis I har lyst til at deltage. Jeg har dårligt tid i år, men et par pixels skal der nok blive tid til. Reglerne er vist ligesom sidste år.

How do I best view tabs from pages like ultimate guitar and others on a phone browser, so that the chords and lyrics match up? I know on pc they usually show up fine in notepad or with ASCII fixed sys font, but I can't quite figure out how to set it up for easy browsing on an android phone. I tried copying it to other apps but none of them have a fixed width font.

How do you do it?

Denmark - Saba - Sand (www.youtube.com)

Denmark just had the national entry contest today.

The winner was Saba with the song "Sand". Linked in the post.

The top three final also included the 2014 winner Basim with the song "Johnny" and Janus Wiberg from Faroe Islands with the song "I need your love". Both received more audience votes than the winner, but the jury votes had put Saba ahead from the start.
