Idk, maybe we're sleeping on him just being stupid.
Lil bit of both I imagine. Probably a lotta bit of both.
We've always known he's stupid, but he probably has dementia too.
Having heard the man talk, it really does sound like cognitive decline, especially compared to older recordings of him.
