Man this really is going to be a massive shit show with the cabinet of incompetence.

[-] Semi_Hemi_Demigod@lemmy.world 13 points 2 days ago

Their incompetence is the small shred of hope I'm clinging to

Only the ones that don't kill enough immigrants and Democrats to fill their quotas. :(

I’ll admit I don’t know much about her other than the shooting her dog story, but the fuck are her qualifications for any cabinet position?

[-] billiam0202@lemmy.world 28 points 3 days ago

She kissed the spray-tanned starfish.

[-] Mirshe@lemmy.world 14 points 3 days ago

She'll do whatever Trump asks, and has little to no moral qualms about potentially illegal acts.

As a sitting Governor, she at least has some executive experience and is more qualified for the Cabinet than RFK Jr. or Stephen Miller. Note: "more qualified" doesn't necessarily mean "qualified".

It's definitely a low bar.

Diversity hire for she's a woooomaaan, reeeeee

Does it work both ways? Or if she shoots dogs she's assigned a cop as a gender?

[-] DragonTypeWyvern@midwest.social 1 points 2 days ago

Yes. Cop is definitely a gender, now that you mention it.

[-] expr@programming.dev 1 points 2 days ago

It's more of a sexual orientation... Or I guess perversion?

[-] swab148@lemm.ee 4 points 2 days ago

It's the one kink we're allowed to shame

[-] TheGiantKorean@lemmy.world 10 points 2 days ago

Well, I guess we'll be safe from innocent doggos 😔

[-] zephorah@lemm.ee 4 points 2 days ago

They’re shooting the dogs.

[-] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

I thought it was amusing to watch donvict pretending to care about dogs when he was regaling us with qon bullshit about how they were being eaten.

[-] zephorah@lemm.ee 1 points 2 days ago

Next door failed as an app, but what does exist across neighborhoods (I travel for work sometimes) are “private” Facebook groups that more or less fill the gap Next Door tried to fill.

The pet eating comment started there, in an angry community group on FB.

No wonder he wants to take the Senate Confirmation process out back and shoot it in the head
